Owner, Dave Pollock, graduated California State University, Chico with a degree in Recreation Administration with an emphasis on Resort and Lodging Management & Commercial Recreation. Soon after moving to Lake Tahoe Dave took his business background, love for the outdoors, and enjoyment of working with his hands and started his own Construction business. Dave will personally work one on one with each of his clients to be sure that DLP Construction does it’s best to help with your project down to every last detail.
Dave has had much experience in commercial work, including projects for The Village at Squaw Valley, Resort at Squaw Creek, Mammoth Mountain, and Martis Camp, plus residential work for many custom mountain home additions and remodels in the Lake Tahoe and Truckee areas.
