Owner, Dave Pollock, graduated California State University, Chico with a degree in Recreation Administration with an emphasis on Resort and Lodging Management & Commercial Recreation. Soon after moving to Lake Tahoe Dave took his business background, love for the outdoors, and enjoyment of working with his hands and started his own Construction business. Dave will personally work one on one with each of his clients to be sure that DLP does it’s best to help with your Dream Project down to every last detail.

Dave started his construction career back in 1986 with Summercal Construction based out of Sacramento. He continued in construction with BC Construction working with long time friend throughout collage. After coming to live in Lake Tahoe Dave formed Super Construction, a commercial and residential Project Management Construction Company. As Project Manager for BC Construction, Dave has had much experience in both residential and commercial work, including projects in the Squaw Valley Intrawest Village at Gallery Keoki, Tantaras Bistro, The Leather Shop, and Intrawest Condos; Projects at the Resort at Squaw Creek including Six Peaks Restaurant, Sandy's Pub, The Discovery Center, model Condo Rooms, restroom renovation and The Spa; additional work includes condos at Mammoth, Martis Camp signs in Truckee, and many custom mountain homes and remodels in Lake Tahoe.

DLP is licensed in the state of California through the Contractors State License Board, bonded through HCC Surtey Group, and holder of State Fund Workers Compensation for all its employees.
